Every shower door we fabricate uses certified tempered glass — heat-treated to be four to five times stronger than annealed glass. If it ever does break, it shatters into small, dull-edged pebbles instead of dangerous shards.
We stock 3/8" and 1/2" tempered glass for frameless applications, and 1/4" for semi-frameless panels. All glass meets or exceeds ANSI Z97.1 safety standards and carries a manufacturer certification.
