Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services of Edge Glass. By requesting a service, submitting a form, or engaging with Edge Glass in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided

Edge Glass provides glass repair, replacement, installation, and fabrication services for residential, commercial, and specialty applications. Services are provided in Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, and Pennsylvania, subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided by Edge Glass are free of charge and non-binding unless formalized in a written service agreement. Final pricing may vary from estimates based on actual conditions observed on-site, material costs, or scope changes discovered during the project. Any price changes will be communicated to the customer before work proceeds.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are subject to availability and may be rescheduled due to weather conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in a service fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the property and the scope of work required
• Ensuring safe and reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled date
• Securing any permits required by local ordinance prior to the start of work (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

5. Workmanship Warranty

Edge Glass warrants all labor and installation work against defects in workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of service completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or natural events (e.g., storms, vandalism). Manufacturer warranties on glass products are passed through to the customer where applicable.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Unpaid balances may be subject to a late fee and collection action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Edge Glass's liability for any claim arising from services performed shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of business, or property damage not directly caused by our work.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Edge Glass and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
